Q3: I never come to China before, can you be my guide in China?

A3: We will book the hotel for you in advance,and arrange our driver to pick you up from airport to our company, if you want to visit the market or factory,we can arrange our colleague to be your assistant.

Q4: How long for mass production?

A4:

Sample Order: 1-3 days after receipt of the full payment.
Stock Order: 3-7days after receipt of the full payment
OEM Order: 12-20days after receipt of the deposit.

A7: Of course, but customized products have different MOQ according to different types.

Q8: How can I get some samples?

A8:

1.We are honored to provide you with samples. The sample fee will be deducted from the payment for the official bulk order.
2. About express delivery costs: You can arrange RPI (remote pickup) services through Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS and other companies to collect samples; or inform us of your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight directly to your local carrier.
